HIGHLIGHTS: Everton FC 0-1 Manchester United

It was a match that saw Manchester United bounce back from their derby disaster last weekend. It was a match that saw the returns of Nemanja Vidic and Tom Cleverley to Premier League play after their recent injury lay-offs. It was a match that saw the Reds earn their first victory at Goodison Park since 2007. It was a match that wasn't exactly aesthetically pleasing to the neutral nor many United supporters. It was a match secured three vital away points and perhaps that is what matters most.

I will concede this... it certainly wasn't a vintage United performance. But keep this in mind... last season when United won their 19th league title, they only won 5 matches away from Old Trafford. The 1-0 away victory yesterday secured United's 3rd victory already away from home. We'll play better. Appreciate the three points for now.
