HIGHLIGHTS: Manchester United 1-0 Bolton Wanderers

On Saturday afternoon at Old Trafford, Manchester United defeated Bolton Wanderers 1-0 in a league tie after an 88th minute winner from substitute Dimitar Berbatov. After Arsenal's draw with West Bromwich Albion, the Bulgarian striker's late winner was enough to send his side five points clear of the North London side. United were down to 10-men after center-back Jonny Evans was sent off for a rash challenge on Bolton's Stuart Holden, however, the Reds were able overcome adversity and grind their way to a vital three points. A two-week international break comes at a convenient time, as United looks to use the break to recover from numerous injuries. The Reds will return from that break to do battle on three fronts; they are quarter-finalists in the UEFA Champions League (vs Chelsea FC), semi-finalists in the FA Cup (Manchester City), and the league leaders have eight matches left in domestic play.
