Everton's Leighton Baines is out for Sunday's match due to hamstring tear

Everton left-back Leighton Baines will miss Sunday's match versus Manchester United due to a grade two hamstring tear sustained during last weekend's FA Cup semi-final clash with Liverpool at Wembley. The injury is expected to keep him out for an estimated four weeks. This is massive news because the Englishman is arguably his side's most important player. His marauding runs and aggressive positioning typically results in his side of the pitch being the biggest tactical key in most Everton matches -- for both his side and the opposition. Baines has attempted 7.41 crosses per match in league this season at a 27.8% success rate and this is where the majority of his 2.03 chances created per match comes from. He's also Everton's first-choice penalty taker. This will likely have massive ramifications on Everton's tactics at Old Trafford. Former Manchester United defender Phil Neville is expected to slide over to the left side of their back four so that he can deputise for Baines.
