VIDEO: Manchester United loanee Tom Lawrence scores two ludicrous goals for Carlisle United

Manchester United's Tom Lawrence scored two ridiculous goals for Carlisle United, where the Welsh youngster is on loan.

Dan Istitene

Tom Lawrence scored two incredible goals for Carlisle United in a 4-1 win against Tranmere Rovers earlier in League One.

His first goal was a long-range screamer while he then danced past several players, showing remarkable footwork before a cool finish to help his side to a comprehensive win.

A video of the second goal, with thanks to @ManUnitedYouth, who you should all be following, is here.

Update: Here's the first, courtesy of the same source. The second was pretty hyped, but that is just as good.

Shades of another Welshman - Giggs against Arsenal in the 1999 FA Cup semi-final, perhaps? Albeit at at a slightly lower level of performance.

Lawrence is on loan at Carlisle United and has been tipped for a Wales call-up in the near future. He's regarded as one of the brighter prospects in the United reserves and academy. He's also a stalwart of my FC United side on Football Manager, where he's usually released by Manchester United. It looks like that may not be happening in real life.

Thanks again to @ManUnitedYouth for the videos.
