Manchester United's move to Marouane Fellaini looks like it could be taking place after the player was given time off from the Belgium squad, according to Sky Sports News.

The player has been given extra time to attend the call-up for Belgium as Manchester United and Everton remain locked in negotiations over a fee for the midfielder.

It looks likely that a deal could be wrapped up if United are sufficiently determined to get the deal done, with Everton linked to moves for James McCarthy and Fernando today. This one should go ahead, but there has apparently been "no breakthrough" in the talks, according to the Guardian, so it could be late evening before the move is announced.
