Manchester United winger Wilfried Zaha was today spotted at the famous Manchester home of the transfer medical, also known as the Bridgewater Hospital.
However, according to to the Mirror he wasn't undergoing a checkup ahead of his seemingly-imminent loan move to Cardiff City, but was having an x-ray on a toe injury he picked up playing for the reserves yesterday.
Hopefully it's nothing, and he completes his move to the Bluebirds as soon as possible. His lack of appearances for United so far this season has been hugely disappointing, not least given Antonio Valencia's consistently underwhelming performances on the right.
But, if he's not going to be playing, sending him out on loan is definitely the right thing to do. Hopefully under Ole Gunnar Solskjær he'll be given regular Premier League playing time, and have the chance to stake his claim for a first team place at United next season.
