Juan Mata deal could be postponed, according to Sky Sports

Juan Mata might have to wait until tomorrow to sign for Manchester United from Chelsea, according to Sky Sports News.

Mata will apparently have his medical this evening, with the deal not confirmed until tomorrow morning.

Chelsea have just wrapped up the signing of Basel's Mohamed Salah, which was rumoured to be one last hurdle before the deal was completed, but it seems that we might have to wait a little longer before we can welcome him into the fold.

It's sad to be made to wait, especially since with Woodward around, nothing can ever seem like a sure deal ever again.

I've nothing else to say to fill the minimum word count so I'm just going to use this last paragraph to point out that, contrary to popular belief, I don't believe Juan Mata actually raises the team's handsomeness quota at all and find that part of him very overstated indeed.
