Manchester United vs. Everton: Lineups and live coverage

Paddy McNair continued in central defence for Manchester United, while there is also a surprise start for Antonio Valencia in place of Ander Herrera.

Antonio Valencia in central midfield? Not what we were expecting (or hoping for), but anything's possible. The Ecuadorian has been chosen to come in for the injured Ander Herrera in midfield, while Juan Mata has replaced Wayne Rooney.

In defence, Paddy McNair continues alongside Marcos Rojo, Luke Shaw and Rafael. The rest of the midfield is as expected, with Daley Blind and Angel Di Maria supporting, and of course with no Rooney, Falcao and Robin van Persie are the strikers.

On the bench, meanwhile, Adnan Januzaj is available, with James Wilson also making the subs. Marouane Fellaini has also returned, and Tom Thorpe and Tyler Blackett complete the homespun look to the substitutes.

Manchester United starting lineup: David De Gea; Rafael, Paddy McNair, Marcos Rojo, Luke Shaw; Daley Blind; Antonio Valencia, Angel Di Maria; Juan Mata; Falcao, Robin van Persie.

Subs: Anders Lindegaard, Adnan Januzaj, Tyler Blackett, Marouane Fellaini, James Wilson, Darren Fletcher, Tom Thorpe
