Earlier on, TBB reported German journalist Raphael Honigstein's description of the chances of Jürgen Klopp replacing David Moyes as hovering "near the zero per cent mark." According to Mark Ogden in the Telegraph, that isn't going to stop the Red Devils trying to hire the German:
But with Borussia Dortmund coach Jurgen Klopp earning admirers at Old Trafford after building a young, vibrant and successful team in Germany, the 46-year-old is expected to be favoured ahead of the likes of Louis van Gaal, Diego Simeone and Ryan Giggs, whose lack of experience is likely to count against his prospects of securing the manager's job.Source: Telegraph
Usually Ogden is pretty well clued up on all things United, meaning it's unlikely he's going to have plucked this from thin air. There's no doubt whatsoever that Klopp is one of the outstanding candidates for the job, and if United were to make an approach, it wouldn't come as a surprise -- regardless of Honigstein's assessment.
