Jurgen Klopp is willing to become the next Manchester United manager, but the club will meet with Louis van Gaal first, according to the Daily Mirror.
Klopp is eagerly waiting in the wings, according to the paper, but Van Gaal has also held off on the Spurs job to see if United come calling. And it appears they will, a view shared by the Daily Mail's Ian Ladyman.
The Mirror had also reported that United had made preliminary contact with United before the details over Moyes' fate emerged, ten days ago. They also claim, contrary to other reports, that no contact has been made with Klopp just yet.
This one looks like it could be moving pretty quickly, although Moyes is unlikely to go before Tuesday, so we definitely won't be getting any announcement over a new manager before then - although it could be sorted out and make its way into the press. Stay tuned...
