Manchester United's Jonny Evans is OUT FOR THE SEASON, a terrifying sentence that loses most of its power in May. Pictures are circulating on Twitter of Evans wearing a large plastic protective boot, and speaking today Ryan Giggs confirmed that he will likely not make the games against Hull City and Southampton:
On the fitness of Jonny Evans & Rafael, Giggs says Evans probably won’t play again this term but Rafa "may be involved in the last 2 games."

Good news about Rafael though. TBB has missed him. It also appears that Wayne Rooney may not be fit to face Hull. The England forward is taking it easy before the World Cup still struggling with that mysterious stomach complaint and/or groin strain that saw him miss Saturday's meek surrender to Sunderland.
Could be an interesting line-up tomorrow. It's the last home game of the season, and any number of United's squad might be playing their last game at Old Trafford. Vidic, definitely, but who else? Evra? Ferdinand? Fellaini? And, of course, Giggs himself?
Presumably, David Moyes will be returning for the lap of honour ...
