Louis van Gaal appears to have improved not only his English, but also his Mancunian, because he's about to take part in a Transfer Summit.
And that summit is apparently the discussion of maybe making an offer for Mats Hummels. The Mirror also note that Roma have conceded they may accept a 'huge' offer for Kevin Strootman, but that could be entirely unrelated. We'd also like a right-back, and Nathaniel Clyne and Seamus Coleman are those suggested. And to be honest, much as myself, Jack Sargeant, and Andi "bury me in a Brazilian curly-haired coffin" Thomas feel about Rafael, we do acknowledge we could probably use another player there.
And, er... that's yer lot. Nothing to get too excited about really, and probably nobody that's really going to turn around this team. Most strangely of all, even after that last spending spree, we still look like we could do with players in pretty much every position - just how the hell has that happened?
