Manchester United will look to kick on the Champions League tonight, and move onto six points with a victory over CSKA Moscow. Save for the injury to Luke Shaw, United have a full squad to choose from.

United could start as they did against Everton at the weekend, when they put in their most competent performance of the season, but in his press conference, and on other occasions this season, manager Louis van Gaal has talked of fatigue caused by a run of fixtures.

Van Gaal might be happy to secure a point and take on CSKA in the return fixture in the next Champions League, and could make some changes. Marcos Rojo is likely to feature at left-back again, but Daley Blind and Antonio Valencia could conceivably make an appearance in defence, and Ashley Young and Jesse Lingard could also feature.

Michael Carrick, Marouane Fellaini and perhaps even Andreas Pereira might get a chance in midfield.

Their opponents, CSKA Moscow, have not tasted defeat since their Champions League match against Wolfsburg in September. In their league, they are undefeated, having drawn just two games, against Zenit St Petersburg and Lokomotiv Moscow. They are, obviously, not a terrible side, and if United aren't on their game then they could be caught out.
