In the Telegraph, there's praise for Wayne Rooney over how he has spoken over the terrorist attacks and playing France, and it has even suggested he is the right captain for England. He also scored for England last night in their win over France, so let's make this a day that this site doesn't have a pop at him.
In the Mail, it seems that Marcos Rojo and Louis van Gaal are friends again, no doubt helped by Luke Shaw's injury and pragmatism being essential. Perhaps if Victor Valdes wants to make up with Van Gaal he needs to hope for a goalkeeping injury crisis.
The Mirror's transfer round-up suggests that Manchester United are after Arjen Robben and Gareth Bale. Oh excellent, more of this. It will never end. Ever.
And, as mentioned elsewhere, Anthony Martial left the game against England on crutches, but there's no indication that it will keep him out of the match against Watford as yet.
