The Chinese football league is undergoing a revamp, and now has a £830 million television deal. They apparently want Wayne Rooney to join and lead the league, attracting new players and stars to join him. That story in the Sun, and is perhaps the only way to get rid of Rooney on his absolutely ridiculous wages, along with MLS.

Moussa Dembele of Fulham, the teenage striker, is being watched by Everton, and Manchester United are also rumoured to be interested. Well, they'll need a replacement for Rooney now that he is definitely leaving, definitely, for China. That's in the Mirror.

According to ESPNFC, Manchester United and Louis van Gaal still want to bring in some more attacking players, especially those with pace, and so Sadio Mane has been linked again with a move to Old Trafford. Chelsea are interested, too, it says here.

In the Telegraph, there's a story that United have a rival in PSG as they attempt to sign Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid. It seems like it will come down to these two clubs in the summer. Both clubs can afford to pay him a fortune, so it all depends about how fit Ronaldo believes he is, and whether a return to United will do more for his legacy.
