We're sure you'll all agree: there's no better way than to spend a Monday evening than watching Louis van Gaal's Manchester United make heavy weather of an FA Cup tie against a team that they really ought to be thrashing. Tonight, the Reds have made the short journey north-west to play third-tier opponents Preston North End. Hopefully this one won't be quite as miserable as we're expecting.
The good news is that Ander Herrera is actually alive and well, and starts in United's midfield. Luke Shaw also returns to the lineup, while Marouane Fellaini is given the nod ahead of Adnan Januzaj. Which position he'll actually take up on the field is anyone's guess.

How to watch
Match time: 7:45 p.m. GMT, 2:45 p.m. ET
Venue: Deepdale, Preston
TV: If you're in the UK, then you lucky people will have the game on terrestrial TV's BBC One. As such, you'll be able to get the game on the Beeb's live iPlayer service, though apparently you're meant to have a TV licence in order to do so. For those of you who don't (or who have the good fortune to be in transit during the match) you'll find radio commentary on BBC 5 Live. Over in the US, we believe it's on Fox Sports 1 and Fox Deportes, with their online option being Fox Sports Go. Everybody else, head on over to LiveSoccerTV for your information.
