Manchester United have included their goalkeeper David de Gea in their Champions League squad for the group stages of the 2015/16 competition.
It had been assumed that De Gea would return to the Manchester United squad after his proposed move to Real Madrid fell through, and De Gea's camp had briefed that he would be perfectly happy to commit himself to United for another season. His inclusion in the squad confirms this is likely to be the case.
Victor Valdes has been left out, meaning Sam Johnstone and the Sergio Romero are two other goalkeepers. Guillermo Varela and Nick Powell have been included.
