Manchester United have been linked with defensive reinforcements after Luke Shaw's serious injury. There are two options named in the papers/proper websites today.
Jerry St Juste, an 18-year-old from Heerenveen, is apparently on the list as a potential defensive target. That's according to the Daily Star, who also say that Marcos Rojo is back in Louis van Gaal's good books. But it's the Star, so who really knows?
On ESPNFC, they say that United are interested in United's Aaron Cresswell, who has impressed at left-back last season and this. He'd certainly fit what United need, but it's hard to think that he'd risk first-team football as Shaw would almost certainly replace him soon after he returned to fitness.
Gary Neville thinks that Anthony Martial will be used frequently this season, because along with Memphis, he's one of the few attacking players that Van Gaal seems keen to use, who also has pace. That's in the Daily Mail.
