Paddy McNair and Marcos Rojo are short-term injury concerns, and Phil Jones is on the bench due to a lack of fitness, so United might have to field Ashley Young at left-back against Ipswich tonight. That can be read about here, on the Guardian.

The Telegraph has a feature looking at where the players from Manchester United's 9-0 defeat of Ipswich are now. It's momentarily distracting, and given we are all going to die someday, that's what we need to get us through.

According to the Daily Mail - and many others - Louis van Gaal will not use Jesse Lingard or James Wilson against Ipswich tonight, but Andreas Pereira might play. It's at this point we might as well give up on Van Gaal. He's a ludicrous man.

The Mirror have a story from a Spanish paper about Jose Gaya, a Valencia left-back with a £36.1 million release clause. It almost certainly isn't going to happen.

There you go then, there will be more coming up on the game tonight, with a match thread and report as well.
