The team news for tonight’s Premier League showdown between Liverpool and Manchester United has been announced, with a couple of surprises sprung by the away side.
Ashley Young makes his first league start of the season for the Red Devils, with Marouane Fellani also coming into the midfield.
Juan Mata and Jesse Lingard drop to the bench as José Mourinho makes two changes to the side which drew with Stoke City at Old Trafford before the international break.
Anthony Martial and Henrikh Mkhitaryan have been left out of the matchday squad, with the Frenchman reportedly suffering from a knee injury.
United appear to be lining up in a 4-3-3 formation while Liverpool look set for a 4-2-3-1 shape.
Man Utd XI: De Gea; Valencia, Bailly, Smalling, Blind; Herrera, Pogba, Fellaini; Rashford, Young, Ibrahimovic
Liverpool XI: Karius; Clyne, Matip, Lovren, Milner; Henderson, Can; Coutinho, Firmino, Mané; Sturridge
