Failure to win away at Swansea City on Sunday would further increase the pressure on United boss José Mourinho.

Manchester United travel to struggling Swansea City on Sunday having won just one of their last seven league matches. The pressure is already starting to mount on coach José Mourinho, whose side have fallen below Everton and Watford in the Premier League table, and are already a provisional 10 points adrift of league leaders Chelsea.

Anything other than a win away in Wales on Sunday would only exacerbate United’s problems, with the Welsh outfit having failed to win a single match since seeing off Burnley on the opening day of the season. Since then they’ve changed their manager but seemingly not their fortunes, and Mourinho’s men must surely be aiming at all three points.

United will be without the injured Eric Bailly and Antonio Valencia, while Ander Herrera is suspended. Phil Jones, Chris Smalling and Paul Pogba all face late fitness tests.
