Eric Bailly should be back soon — reports

Manchester United's injured central defender is expected to make a quick recovery.

Knees, eh? What are they all about? Can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em. And it's always the way: as soon as you recover from ligament damage in one knee, then some careless klutz in a Crystal Palace shirt goes and clips you right in the other one. Not worth the hassle, if you ask me. Straight legs only from now on.

In related news, entirely admirable central defender Eric Bailly, who limped off after less than an hour of Manchester United's 2-1 win over Crystal Palace in midweek, is expected to return to action in fairly short order. His injury is not thought to be serious, and he might even make the Boxing Day game at home to Sunderland.

That's from ESPN, who have it from their sources. In the meantime, we can look forward to at least one more game aboard the Marcos Rojo rollercoaster. Can he make it three inexplicably poor red card challenges in three league games? Tune in on Saturday afternoon to find out!
