The teams are out for today’s encounter between Manchester United and West Bromwich Albion at The Hawthorns. United boss José Mourinho has made three changes to the team that downed Crystal Palace in midweek, with two of them coming either side of the centre-backs. Antonio Valencia replaces the injured Eric Bailly at right-back, while Matteo Darmian is preferred to Daley Blind on the left.
Meanwhile, Juan Mata is benched and replaced by the returning Jesse Lingard. United’s midfield is unchanged, with Michael Carrick sitting behind Ander Herrera and Paul Pogba. Wayne Rooney looks set to start on the left side of attack, with Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford both made to settle for places on the bench.

There are no surprises in the West Brom team, which contains two former United players in Ben Foster and Darren Fletcher. The Baggies’ top scorer Salomón Rondón is on red-hot form, and could cause problems for United’s back line:
