Manchester United host Stoke City ahead of a 2-0 defeat to Mark Hughes' side.
Stoke reinforced last night with the £18 million signing of Giannelli Imbula from Porto, whereas Manchester United were too incompetent to even sign a right-back, having started the morning scrabbling around for Mathieu Debuchy.
There is no evidence to expect United's uselessness in the transfer window to do anything but carry on onto the pitch in the match tonight.
As well as the usual suspects, Ashley Young is out injured, and Matteo Darmian and Phil Jones are doubts but may return for the weekend's games. Bastian Schweinsteiger looks likely to be out until the end of the month.
