In the Daily Mail, there's a story about Louis van Gaal falling over in protest at the diving from Arsenal's side. It was mildly amusing, but it, and the win against Arsenal, should not let fans lose focus of just how bad United generally are. Yesterday, though, was very, very funny, and quite enjoyable too.

Here's Van Gaal saying that emotions got the better of him, which is instructive. That's on ESPNFC.

In the Guardian, Van Gaal likes Marcus Rashford. I think we all like Marcus Rashford.

The Mirror's round-up includes a story that Jose Mourinho has identified five central defenders who could be brought in, all of whom are superior to United's current players: Marquinhos, John Stones, Marc Bartra, Raphael Varane, John Stones and Aymeric Laporte. The sooner Daley Blind, Chris Smalling, Marcos Rojo and Phil Jones are benched or sold, the better.

And lastly, in the Manchester Evening News, there's an update that Marcos Rojo's injury is probably not serious.
