Louis van Gaal was full of good news in his press conference on Tuesday, ahead of Manchester United's midweek encounter with Watford. "Players are coming back. It is positive," he told the club's official channel, MUTV. Among the players that could feature are Anthony Martial, Matteo Darmian and Chris Smalling.

Meanwhile, defender Marcos Rojo had to be withdrawn early in United's win over Arsenal on the weekend, though the manager hinted that he'll be available for the clash at Old Trafford: "It was a kick. A lot of players receive kicks and they can play the next match."

Wayne Rooney will continue to miss out with a knee injury, while Marouane Fellaini and Antonio Valencia are both still likely to miss out; however, they shouldn't be sidelined for much longer: "Fellaini and Valencia are the next ones to come back, I think. Fellaini shall come into the last step of the process, team training, and also Valencia today has trained with the group, so they are coming back."

Finally, the Daily Mirror report that Ashley Young, who hasn't played since United beat Liverpool at Anfield in January, should be back at the end of March.
