So the Marouane Fellaini experiment is over, at least for the moment. Louis van Gaal has dropped the clanking midfielder to the bench and brought back Morgan Schneiderlin, who will partner Michael Carrick in midfield. The noses of Manchester City's players breath a sigh of relief.
There's one change in defence, too. Matteo Darmian replaces Guillermo Varela, who had a shocker in midweek and isn't even in the squad. Chris Smalling, Daley Blind and Marcos Rojo keep their places, thanks largely to the paucity of alternatives. David de Gea's in goal, bless him.
Ahead of Schneiderlin is Juan Mata, his suspension served. We assume that he'll be in the middle, with Jesse Lingard and Anthony Martial either side, but you never know. Maybe we'll get another does of Mata-the-winger. Maybe we'll curl into a small ball and cry.
Marcus Rashford's playing up front. Be nice if he got a chance at some point.
On the bench are Sergio Romero, Timothy Fosu-Mensah, Antonio Valencia, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Adnan Januzaj and Memphis Depay. We're predicting Valencia for Darmian in the 57th minute.
