Miranda is still being linked with Manchester United, having spent a season at Inter Milan. There's a story about United's interest in him here, in the Mirror.

The Manchester Evening News speculates on which players United should sell this summer. Off the top of my head, the following players should be binned: Sergio Romero, Antonio Valencia, Phil Jones, Marcos Rojo, Michael Carrick, Wayne Rooney, Marouane Fellaini, Wayne Rooney, Wayne Rooney, Wayne Rooney and Marouane Fellaini.

The Guardian notes that Louis van Gaal doesn't feature in the new promotional material for United, from which you can assume, along with plenty other evidence, means that there's no chance of him seeing out his contract, as well he shouldn't.

In the Telegraph, just six months too late, apparently Van Gaal isn't very good at his job.

Tahith Chong has an excellent name, so let's hope he is also an excellent player, because according to ESPNFCUnited are in pole position for his signature.

And lastly, more money for United could be on the cards as they could enter a revamped Champions League. You can read the Daily Mail's account of that here.
