Manchester United forward suffers another injury setback

Adnan Januzaj's career continues to nosedive.

It wasn't long ago that Adnan Januzaj was flavour of the month at Manchester United, though the 21-year-old attacker has suffered a series of setbacks since returning from a disappointing loan spell at Borussia Dortmund in January.

News of the latest comes courtesy of the Manchester Evening News, who report that the Belgian international missed the U-21s' draw with Chelsea on Monday night, having picked up a second hamstring injury in succession. It's a pity for Januzaj, who has very quickly gone from the New Ronaldo to the New Bébé. Of course, he's still young enough to turn things around and force his way into the reckoning, but he'll be desperately hoping his recent injuries don't turn into a long-running problem.

Januzaj has played less than a quarter-of-an-hour of first-team football since returning from Dortmund, and much like Andreas Pereira, Louis van Gaal doesn't seem to fancy him. It seems another loan move -- to a lesser club than BVB -- may well be the only way forward.
