Young Mexican talent Hirving Lozano is to join Manchester United after the Olympics, at least so says his father-in-law. According to ESPNFC, he told Futbol Entre Lineas: "Yes. It's all done. Just missing some details and, after the Olympics, the deal will become official."
The 20-year-old winger has been linked with a move to Old Trafford for a few months now, and it seems like the switch will soon be finalised. Despite his youth, Lozano has already made seven international appearances for Mexico, and looks set for a very bright future indeed. He would become only United's second ever Mexican player after Javier Hernández.
According to my mothership colleague and Liga MX viewer Kevin McCauley, Lozano is an industrious wideman, much like a "20-year-old Valencia or Park + tricks." With the right guidance, he could well go on to be a very valuable asset for José Mourinho, who certainly likes his wingers hard-working and direct. Let's hope this one isn't just bluster.
