Ashley Young isn't going anywhere ... at least not at the moment. Speaking at his pre-game press conference ahead of United's game against Hull City tomorrow night, Jose Mourinho stated definitively that Young will not leave the club in this transfer window. Look, see:

We think this is probably the right call on the club's part. Young may not be in the mix for the first team places at the moment, but he offers cover for both wings and, in a pinch, both full-back positions. With United still in three cup competitions, the second half of the season is going to have to be a squad effort. No sense in thinning the options out any further.
Still, we don't expect him to start tomorrow. We do know, however, that some of those who were rested against Wigan will start: Mourinho specifically named Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Antonio Valencia and Paul Pogba. Manchester United's big three, right there.
And a quiet Transfer Deadline Day closes its eyes and breathes its last.
