Marcus Rashford is having himself a game. After fluffing his lines in England’s dull draw against Croatia last week, the Manchester United striker kept his place in the team and is certainly replaying the manager’s faith. In a stunning result so far, the Three Lions are 3-0 up against Spain in Seville. Rashford created the first goal for Raheem Sterling with a precise square ball, before scoring the second himself with a confident finish. Unfortunately for United fans, the man on the other end of this hammering is our own David De Gea.
Hopefully this will do Rashford’s confidence a world of good for when he returns to club duty. Check out both goals below.
What a way to hit your first away international goal! @England open the scoring in Spain with this emphatic finish from Raheem Sterling!
