Manchester United manager José Mourinho has hit out at a ‘disrespectful’ documentary that accuses him of ‘parking the bus’. All or Nothing, an eight-part documentary series released last week, follows Manchester City through their debut title-winning season under Pep Guardiola.

During a section of the second episode that features City’s win over United at Old Trafford, the narrator says: “It is Guardiola versus Mourinho once more; possession versus defence; attacking football versus ‘park-the-bus’”. The United boss responded by telling Sky Sports:

“You don’t need to be disrespectful to have a fantastic movie. You can be a rich club and buy the best players in the world but you cannot buy class and they showed that clearly, that was really obvious.”

Ouch.

City started the new season with a 2-0 win away at Arsenal last weekend, and play host to Huddersfield Town on Sunday. They go head-to-head with United for the first time at the Etihad in November. It could be even more fiery than usual.
