Community Poll: Ole In or Out?

Should Manchester United stick with Solskjaer?

It’s been a rough season for Manchester United. In the first full season under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, there is already clamor for reform amongst some factions of the United fanbase. So the time has come to ask the big question to the readers: Is it actually Ole Out time?

First, let’s explore the options:

Yes, sack him now.

Ole may not have gotten the total squad overhaul he wanted, but it’s clear that week-to-week this team is not consistently organized and managed properly. It’s the one position we can do something about now.

Give him ‘til the end of the season.

Look, things aren’t going well, and the management has been poor, but we’re still in 5th place in the Premier League (somehow). Give it ‘til the end of the season, and if Solskjaer has no silverware and no European qualification to show for this season, cut him loose.

Give him at least another season.

Solskjaer, supposedly, has a plan. For whatever reason the owners and executives still haven’t brought in all the players he has asked for, and he needs time to see out his plan. This year is a rebuild, yet the club are still in a position to salvage a cup run and/or Champions League qualification for next season. Back him in the transfer windows and evaluate his performance next season with a stronger squad.

Is it time for Manchester United to move on from Ole Gunnar Solskjaer?
