The players were reportedly taken away from training for treatment, and Bruno may have gotten the worst of it. Solskjaer may need to rotate his midfield for non-fatigue related reasons now, and is once again faced with playing someone else at no. 10.
Andreas Pereira and Jesse Lingard are both fit, but have proven to be very lacking in what is the most important role in Solskjaer’s attack. However, Bournemouth are currently in the drop zone, and for good reason. They were torched by Newcastle United earlier this week, so ideally United can do without their best for this one.
Pogba and Bruno have been excellent together for United since the return to action post-COVID suspension, so it actually makes perfect sense that the universe would rob us of our newfound heroes. Thanks a lot.
