Manu Sainz, a journalist for AS in Spain, says that Mesut Ozil is frustrated at Real Madrid and that Manchester United 'dream' of signing the player.
The player was substituted during Real Madrid's last game, much to his obvious consternation, and Sainz says there could be news on the bid tomorrow.
This has been a story which has been being whispered for some time. United were interested in the Madrid playmaker when he first moved from Werder Bremen, but he eventually chose to join the Castillians. Now, with the World Cup looming, it seems that Ozil is looking for moves away from the capital, and could be prepared to join Manchester United.
David Moyes mentioned in the wake of his game that it had been a frustrating window but that the club were still looking to add players to their squad. Whether Ozil is realistic or not will remain to be seen, but we'll have to see if this supposed news tomorrow materialises.
