Manchester United youngster Tom Lawrence has joined Leicester City on a permanent deal. The Welsh winger has signed a four year contract for a fee of £1m.

Lawrence only made one appearance for the Manchester United first team, chosen by Ryan Giggs for the last home game of the 2013/14 seasons. While he may not have quite had the quality to make it in the long term at United, it's good to see that he's secured a move within the Premier League. Lawrence was also called up to the full Wales squad for the first time recently, and may make his international debut in the upcoming qualifier against Andora.

He may be joined at the King Power Stadium by Nick Powell, who is still attempting to complete a loan deal to the Foxes. According to Sky Sports News, progress is being made on the deal, and it should be confirmed before too long.
