From on to off, as the Knife didn't sing. Darren Fletcher was joining West Ham a few days ago, was joining West Brom a few hours ago, and is now, apparently, not going anywhere at all.
In other 'it's all gone quiet' news, any Darren Fletcher move away from #mufc now described as 'unlikely'. http://t.co/fWuMTv9o3D

James Cooper (Sky) "Fletcher is currently at Carrington training so a move is looking unlikely, but we all know anything can happen"

Naturally, it seems likely that Fletcher doesn't feature in Louis van Gaal's long-term plans, and so we can presumably anticipate a move being announced at some point between now and the end of the season. TBB is very much of the view that he could do a job in the Premier League, if not perhaps the very top of it. And if Van Gaal can find some way to use him effectively between now and the end of the season, so much the better.
